In this critical role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and operational support of our datacenter infrastructure. Your primary duties will include diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, ensuring datacenter security, and performing routine maintenance tasks to guarantee optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues within the datacenter environment.
- Perform hardware replacement and repairs, including servers, switches, storage devices, and networking equipment.
- Collaborate with datacenter engineers to ensure the timely resolution of complex technical problems.
- Conduct routine datacenter maintenance tasks, including server rack installations, cable management, and equipment upgrades.
- Monitor datacenter security systems and respond to alarms or incidents promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, equipment configurations, and repair history.
- Assist in disaster recovery planning and testing.
- Comply with safety protocols and datacenter access policies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in datacenter repair and maintenance.
